In the residential market, around 55% of all home loans are settled by brokers. People now prefer using a broker’s services to secure their finance. In commercial, on the other hand, banks still have around 80% of the market and so many SME clients simply don’t have commercial lending solutions in place, so there’s a lot up for grabs.

What’s more, we’ve also identified that brokers aren’t leveraging the sub $1m space because of the lack of efficiencies in traditional sub $1m commercial transactions. But thanks to our latest technology platform for brokers, we’ve made it much more efficient and economical to target this segment.
