It’s been rewarding to see our brokers coming out in force to share insights and knowledge with their peers. It’s been terrific to see our Winning Women, sponsored by co-major partner ANZ, come together to share their insights, perspectives and stories.
Throughout the roadshows, we’ve had great feedback from brokers who heard Ruan Burger’s take on what it means to be a successful broker and his views on leads, relationships and growing your business. A huge thank you to co-major partner NAB for bringing us Ruan’s session.
Co-major partner Commonwealth Bank brought us sessions from Trailblazer’s Jeff Zulman and Commonwealth Bank’s Theo Anton. Jeff Zulman provided an eye-opening look at the value of your trail book, and you as a broker can improve multiple the value of your trail book. Theo Anton gave took as through a practical guide to keeping your business cyber-safe and outlined steps you can take to defend against cyber-attacks.
Lastly, we’ve been very encouraged by the feedback from our brokers as Chris Slater and John Sanger have given brokers an up-close look at our new CRM and illustrated all the ways that CRM will be saving our brokers time, enhancing performance, simplifying compliance and helping them to manage customers better.
