Since joining AFG in 2011, we’ve grown from a sole operator mortgage broking business to one of the largest and most successful mortgage broking businesses in SA. AFG first recruited me in 2010 and since then, have given me the confidence to start from a ‘newbie’ to a senior broker, then award-winning broker and now business owner. At each step, AFG had the staff that could guide me through each one of those milestones and assisted with templates/systems that I could use to help map out each and every step. This gave me almost ‘blind confidence’ to push through each of these so that I could fulfil my potential.

AFG have been our number one cheerleader from the very beginning. They are invested in our success and are continually supporting our growth by offering additional training and development opportunities. I love the analytics tool and the online training is excellent. Our Partnership Manager is a pleasure to deal with and we always feel well supported and valued.
