Customer Service Manager
Darryl has been with AFG since 2007. Prior to joining the AFG family, Darryl worked in various roles within major banks. The culture and collaboration within AFG were the biggest difference he noticed when first joining AFG. Darryl started out at AFG as a Credit Analyst and was then offered the opportunity to lead a team within AFG’s Services and Support area. He then moved to the role of Customer Service Manager managing some of AFG’s broker administration and support teams. Darryl currently enjoys the role of Operations Manager – Broker and Fulfilment, a diverse role that includes both back office support for brokers as well as customer facing broker fulfilment.
Darryl is also Co-Chair of the AFG Diversity and Inclusion Committee, an area that he is very passionate about.
