Out of hours support procedures
If support is required out of hours, brokers can email details of the issue to membersupport@afgonline.com.au or leave a voicemail on 1800 063 210 and it will be addressed on the next business day.
Escalation procedures
All members are assigned a Relationship Manager. Any problems that require escalation can be handled by their Relationship Manager who will ensure that it is addressed by the appropriate people within AFG.
